The Philips has introduced a new mobile phone called Philips X809. The phone has an eye-catching design and measures 4.1 x 2.1 x 0.7 inches and weighs 128 grams.
The device supports 3-inch TFT touch display with resolution of 240 x 400 pixels resolution. Among the stunning features of the phone is 5 megapixel camera with autofocus LED flash, media player that supports file formats MP4, H.263, AAC, MP3 and WAV, Fm Radio with RDS.
Philips X 809 2G phone supports networks 900, 1800 and 1900 and EDGE and GPRS and WAP 2.0/xHTML browser. The device provides a Java MIDP 2.0.
As for the phonebook, it can store up to 1000 entries. Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi and USB is also supported. The 1530 mAh Li-ion battery provides 8 hours of talk time and 400 hours stand-by.
