It supports  GSM 900/1800 MHz.  Smartphone  Philips D908 has the following specifications: 3.2-inch touch screen TFT-LCD with a resolution of 480×800 pixels, displaying more than 262 thousand colors, a 5 megapixel camera, 1 GB of RAM and 2 GB of ROM, slot for memory cards format microSD (up to 32 GB) and FM-receiver modules Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1 and GPS.
