Philips mobile phones are known for coming with really powerful batteries, and the new Philips Xenium X500 is not an exception.
This device has a 1720 mAh battery that’s supposed to provide a talk-time of up to 16 hours or a stand-by time of no less than two months. Also, the battery should last up to 40 hours in music playback mode. So it means that if you  have a 2-day insomnia, the phone can surely keep you entertained (assuming you’re listening to “happy music” on it).
Philips Xenium X500 supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800/1900 MHz, 1.8″ TFT display with 262k colors, Bluetooth connectivity. Those who are fond of music Philips X500 has Music player, Integrated FM radio with RDS.  It has 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording capability.
Philips Xenium X500 will arrive in China first, followed by Russia and other Eastern European countries with no mention of the west. Pricing has yet to be determined either.
